Our Connecting Point is a 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week screening, assessment and referral service. Appointments and walk-in service are available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
Screenings are quick and free of charge. When more information is needed, an assessment is scheduled. Assessments take about an hour.
Individuals, family members and other concerned persons can call for immediate help. Physicians, healthcare workers, social services workers and employers can call to make a referral or to get more information.
