NATIVE AMERICAN SERVICES

Perspective. At Jackson Recovery Centers, we know that different cultures have different perspectives. We recognize that the Western Style of traditional therapy methods is not meeting the needs of the Native American population.

When choosing the appropriate treatment method for alcoholism, drug abuse and other addictions, a person's history, background, beliefs and culture must all be considered. Our Native American treatment program is culture oriented. It incorporates the values, beliefs and cultural aspects of Native American people.

Our program of recovery is based on Indian philosophy. Through Native American storytelling and the sharing of personal experiences, we learn that each individual is on a journey. It is important to take a look at where we came from, where we have been and where we are going.

If you are faced with hopelessness of substance abuse or addiction, remember that Jackson Recovery offers therapy from the Native American perspective.

Many health insurance plans cover the cost of treatment. Financial arrangements and assistance are available for qualified individuals.
